Biography of Julius Donath

Julius Donath studied in Vienna, graduating MD in 1895. He received his further education as an Aspirant at the Allgemeines Krankenhaus and from 1898 to 1907 he was an assistant at the I. medical clinic. He was habilitated for internal medicine in Vienna in 1905, becoming titular professor in 1927. His work concerns paroxysmal haemoglobinuria, diseases of the renal fascia, chondrodystrophic dwarfism, and malaria.
