Description:
Call-Exner bodies are pathogonomic of granulosa cell tumour. They are small spaces filled with eosinophilic fluid and basement membrane material between granulosal cells in maturing ovarian follicles and in ovarian tumours of granulosal origin. They may form a rosette-like pattern.
