A syndrome of congenital zonular corneal opacity with hyperkeratosis of palms and soles, and alopecia. Teeth normal. Both sexes affected; onset between 5 and 20 years hyperkeratosis visual impairment because of tongue-shaped corneal opacities. Autosomal dominant inheritance.
