Hallermann-Streiff-François syndrome
A syndrome of multiple congenital abnormalities comprising an abnormally shaped skull, proportionate dwarfism, birdlike facies, atrophy of the skin, bilateral microphtalmia, mental retardation and congenital cataracts.
Touraine-Solente-Golé syndrome
Osteodermopathic syndrome characterized by so-called "bull-dog scalp" lesions, clubbing of the digits; elephantiasis of long bones, enormously large hands and feet; periosteal lesions, fatigability, etc.
Biography:
Charles Audry studied in Lyon. He received his doctorate there in 1890 and became Chef de clinique chirurgicale. In 1892 he was appointed Chargé de cours for the clinics of skin and venereal diseases in Toulouse, where he assumed the chair of these two disciplines in 1901.
