Biography of Paul Rudolf Geipel

Internett: Paul Rudolf Geipel became prosector at the Johannstädter Krankenhaus in Dresden at the age of 33. He published numerous studies on clinical-pathological problems. He is particularly remembered for his publications in 1906 and 1909 of microscopically recognisable granuloma in the myocardium specific for rheumatic fever.
