A sensitive polyneuropathy without symptoms of motor loss, involving the superficial branch of the radial nerve, manifested by paraesthesia, dysaesthesia, or hyperaesthesia of the ulnar surface of the thumb. Sometimes associated with cutaneous discoloration in the area of sensory impairment.
