Biography of Aagot Christie Løken

Aagot Christie Løken graduated in medicine at the University of Oslo in 1946. Following period as assistant physician at Rikshospitalet, Oslo, she received postgraduate education in neuropathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington. She specialised in neuropathology and worked in this discipline at Rikshospitalet in Oslo from 1952 to 1978. She has published more than 50 articles in Norwegian and foreign journals.
