Gerasime B. Phocas
Phocas studied at Paris, obtained his doctorate in 1885 and became Chirurgien des hôpitaux in Lille, where he was agrégé with teaching duties from 1889 to 1902. From 1902 he was professor of clinical surgery in Athens.

    Paris, 1901; 2nd edition, with J. Barozzi, in 1912. He also published a 3 volume textbook of surgical therapy in Greek.
