Biography of Erik Klas Henrik Kugelberg

Erik Klas Henrik Kugelberg studied medicine at the Karolinska institutet in Stockholm. In 1948 he became the first professor of clinical neurophysiology. In 1954 he was appointed chairman of neurology at the Karolinska Sjukhuset. Kugelberg was prominent amongst Swedish neurologists of his era and made many contributions in the field of neurophysiology and histochemistry.
