Cooper's ligament

Description:
The pectineal ligament, a strong aponeurotic lateral continuation of the lacunar ligament along the pectineal line of the pubis.
Cooper's ligaments are also found in the breast. They are connective tissue in the breast that helps maintain structural integrity.
