Bekhterev's reflex of hand

Description:
One of the hand-flexor phenomena. When the reflex hammer strikes the dorsal side of the distal portion of ulna, the hand extensor contracts in reaction. A sporadically occurring reflex, which is strongly intensified in diseases of the pyramidal tract.
