Only this French description is available: Méthode de Lannelongue, ou méthode sclérogéne. Méthode qui consiste à déterminer la production du tissu fibreux dans un but thérapeutique. Elle a été prénonisée surtout dans le traitement des tuberculeuses, et aussi dans la cure radicale de la hernie inguinale chez l’enfant. - Elle est utilisée également pour oblitérer les dilatation veineuses (varices, hémorroïdes).
