Cervenka's syndrome

Description:
A syndrome caharacterised by facial abnormalities, joint deformity, and myopia. There is hyaloideoretinal degeneration, cleft palate, and flattening of the midface. Mental retardation is sometimes associated. Inheritance is autosomal dominant.
