Description:
The lateral arcuate ligament and the medial arcuate ligament.

The lateral arcuate ligament. Synonyms: external lumbocostal arch of diaphragm, lateral lumbocostal arch of Haller, ligamentum arcuatum laterale. The ligamentous arch, formed by the fascia of the quadratus lumborum muscle, constituting part of the lumbar portion of the diaphragm.

The medial arcuate ligament,. Synonyms: internal lumbocostal arch of diaphragm, ligamentum arcuatum mediale, medial lumbocostal arch of Haller. The ligamentous arch, formed by the fascia of the psoas muscle, constituting part of the lumbar portion of the diaphragm.
