Symptoms associated with Aortoesophageal fistula after a foreign body ingestion (or a gunshot wound): 1) Midthoracal pain followed by 2) Sentinal arterial hemorrhage and finally 3) Exsanguination after symptomfree interval. Chiari published it in 1914.
