Description:
Diagnostic features of insulinoma of the pancreas:
1. Symptoms and signs of hypoglycaemia: confusion, personality changes, tachycardia, seizure, stupor, coma, focal neurologic findings.
2. Blood sugar levels below 50 mg per 100 mL.
3. Recovery from an attack following the administration of glucose.
