Hecht's pneumonia (Victor Hecht)

Description:
A rare complication of measles that manifests with a chronic or subacute form of interstitial pneumonia occurring in infants and young children. The characteristic postmortem finding is multinucleated giant cell inclusion bodies in the alveoli.
