Chronic eczematous skin lesions from childhood, and in third decade of life development of bilateral stellate cataracts that begin in the anterior capsule, eventually involving the entire lens and assuming the form of total soft cataracts. Skin lesions produce lichenification of the skin in the neck, flexor surfaces of extremities, especially elbows and knees. Etiology unknown.
