Canale-Smith syndrome

Description:
In most cases the disease picture of this syndrome is revealed early in life, usually before 5 years of age. Characteristic features include an afibrile chronic benign lymphadenopathy with immunoproliferative reaction, hypergammaglubulinaemia, and hepatosplenomegaly. The syndrome simulates malignant lymphoma.
