Description:
Salt solution which is a modified Locke solution, used in physiological experiments, tissue cultures and tissue preservation, and to irrigate the peritoneal cavity.

The ingredients are NaCl; KCl; CaCl2·6H2O; MgCl2·6H2O; NaHCO3; NaH2PO4; Glucose and Distilled water.
