Description:
Infection of the genitalia with Haemophilus ducreyi, characterised by the presence of soft pustules which rupture and form small bleeding and suppurative ulcers of the prepuce, glans, or frenium in males and the vulva, urethra, and portio in women. The infection is usually transmitted by sexual contact.
