Test based on the change of surface tension when antigen and antibody react with each other in certain dilutions. The number of drops is determined with a stalagmometer. The number increases when the surface tension decreases. The test has been used in diagnosis of tumours and tuberculosis. It is the same as Ascoli’s reaction.
