Antocoagulant for storing test erythrocytes. Consists of 2.05 % glycoside, 0.42 % sodiumchloride, 0.8 % tri-sodiumcitrate, 0.055 % citric acid in aqua destillata. A modified Alsever solution formula is used to conserve red blood cell in american commercial blood solutions.
