Oppenheim's reflex

Description:
A pyramidal sign. In diseases of the pyramidal tract a firm stroke or other irritation downward of the medial side of the tibia may cause a dorsal flexion of the great toe. This symptom is often present in Babinski’s reflex, meaning the same.
