Jüngling's/Perthes-Jüngling disease is a particular ostitic manifestation of Boeck's sarcoidosis. A slowly progressive form of polycystic osteitis that also involves the surrounding soft tissue, originally observed in the fingers, toes, and nasal bone. Infection with strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis are believed to be responsible.
