Manoeuvre de Tillaux. Manoeuvre destinée à mettre en evidence l’adhérence d’une tumeur du sein au grand pectoral : la mobilité de la tumeur sur les plans profonds est diminué lorsque l’on fait contracter le grand pectoral, en s’opposant au mouvement d’adduction du bras du malade.
