A device used to reduce and maintain femoral diaphysis fractures in constant steady extension.

Appareil de Tillaux. Appareil destiné a réduire et à maintenir sous extension continue les fractures de la diaphyse fémorale. Il se compose de bandelettes de diachylon, collées sur les faces externe et interne de la jambe, et formant sous le pied un étrier auquel est fixée la corde de traction.
