Biography of Richard May

Richard May received his doctorate in Munich in 1886, was habilitated in 1894 and in 1901 became extraordinary professor, 1911 planmässiger ausserordentlicher Professor of internal medicine and the history of medicine at the University of Munich, where he was head of the university internal clinic.
