Biography of Marmaduke Stephen Mayou
Marmaduke Stephen Mayou attended King’s College in London and in 1897 became fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He worked as senior surgeon at the Central London Ophthalmic Hospital, as ophthalmic surgeon at the Bolingbroke Hospital, at St. Margret’s Hospital for ophthalmia neonatorum etc, and 1905 was Hunterian professor at the Royal College of Surgeons.
