Biography of Sture August Siwe

Sture August Siwe obtained his medical doctorate from the University of Lund in 1927 with a dissertation entitled Pankreasstudien. He specialised in paediatrics and became professor of this discipline in 1937. Besides his own publications he contributed to Lehrbuch der Pädiatrie published by Guido Fanconi (1892-1979) and Anders Johan Wallgren (1889-1973) in 1950.
