Biography of Amin J. Barakat

Amin J. Barakat began his medical studies at the American University of Beirut, and continued at the Johns Hopkins University at Baltimore. He is presently Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Georgetown University Medical Center and also associated with the University of Virginia. Barakat has devoted his life to the care of children, with a particular interst in children's kidney/renal disease.
