Biography:
Herman Kabat, M.D., Ph.D, is a specialist in physical medicine. In 1946, with the industrialist Henry J. Kaiser (1882-1967), he established the Kabat-Kaiser Institute in Vallejo, California. One of the purposes of the institute was to conduct medical research in neuromuscular disorders.
