Vinko Arneri
Yugoslav plastic surgeon.

Biography:
Vinko Arneriwas educated in plastic and reconstructive surgery by British experts in Yugoslavia after World War II. In 1946, with the title of major, he became the first head of the Department of plastic surgery at the II Surgical Department of the Central Military Hospital of the Yugoslav Army.
