Ivan Yakovlievich Razdolskii
Russian/Soviet neuropathologist, born June 3, 1880, Northern Caucasus; died 1962.
Name also spelled Rasdolsky.

Biography:
Ivan Yakovlievich Razdolskii received his education at the military-medical academy in St. Petersburg, where he graduated doctor of medicine in 1919. He was then until 1921 assistant at the neurological clinic.
Following further education at Berlin, in 1923 he became a neurologist at the Trinitatus Hospital in Leningrad, 1925 at the Metschnikov Hospital, where he was habilitated as a lecturer in diseases of the nervous system that year. He was also a lecturer at the state institute for the further education of physicians.
In 1933 he assumed the chair of neurology at the 2nd Leningrad Medical Institute, and in 1947 was appointed to the chair of neurology at the Leningrad sanitary-hygienic medical institute. He was a member of the Medical Academy of science USSR from 1946.
Ivan Yakovlievich Razdolskii published over 160 articles.
