A hereditary syndrome characterized by several congenital anomalies that occur together irregularly.
Biography:
Fong described the iliac horns as a chance radiological finding in a woman on whom intravenous pyelography was performed. He was at the time a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps (1945).
